Tarmac Leadership Conference

I started working with Tarmac in 2015, managing a two-day conference and dinner at Birmingham Town Hall, for Tarmac’s Executive Board and senior leadership team. The conference was enhanced with a two-way video conference from the USA, and delegate interaction throughout via a live Google community. I have subsequently managed similar-sized events for Tarmac’s leadership and HR teams, as well as project management for the official opening of the Tunstead cement packing plant.
