I was responsible for end-to-end management of this one-off conference for the Scottish Funding Council, held to introduce their new framework for the enhancement of equality and diversity to colleges and universities throughout Scotland.
This ranged from programme design, sourcing speakers, venue management, conference literature and finding appropriate exhibitors.
